Iced Peach Green Tea Lemonade
Ingredients
Peach syrup
- 1 can peach
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 150 ml water
Drink
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 Green tea bags or 5g loose leaf green tea
- 500 ml hot water 80°C is ideal
- 150 ml peach syrup
- 100 ml Lemon juice
- Handful mint leaves
- 300 ml cold water
- Ice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Steep tea bags in hot water for 2-3 minutes (don’t overdo it or it gets bitter).
- Blend the peach with sugar/honey and a splash of water → strain if you want it smooth.
- In a jug, mix all together:green teapeach mixturelemon juicecold water
- Serve over ice, mint leaves, lemon slices & crushed strawberries
Peach Syrup
- Simmer 5–10 mins
- Mash the blend
- Strain the mixture

Chill well – flavour changes a lot when cold
