Hibiscus sage cold brew tea
Ingredients
- 10 g Loose Hibiscus
- 10 g Fresh or dried sage leaves
- 1 Lemon (sliced)
- 5 cm piece of ginger (sliced)
- Handful Mint leaves
- 150 g Pocari sweat electrolytes
- 1 litre cold water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients excluding the Pocari sweat electrolytes into a jug.
- Pour over cold water and refrigerate for 6–12 hours.
- Strain the tea and remove the herbs.
- Mix with chilled Pocari Sweat.
- Add lemon slices, ice and serve.
